VCA course in English

VCA is short for ‘Safety, Health and Environment Checklist Contractors’ (Veiligheids Checklist Aannemers in Dutch) or SCC in English. The purpose of this official checklist is to make sure everyone works in a safe manner. At present, most construction companies demand that their employees have a VCA certificate. Foreign workers also need to have this certificate, but only if required by your employer. SCC is intended for employees in a high-risk environment like building sites and factories.

Are you looking for a Basic VCA or VOL-VCA course in English, or perhaps the VCA Basic exam in the English language? At VCANederland, you have the option to take both classroom and online courses, both Basic VCA and VOL-VCA, entirely in English. Furthermore, you can also take both exams in English. To prepare for both the course and the exam, we also offer course books in English.

Do I need B-VCA or VOL-VCA?

With your B-VCA certificate, you demonstrate that you have a basic knowledge of SHE (Safety, Health and the Environment) as required by the SCC. With it, you thus indicate that you observe safe working practices while bearing in mind the environment and your own health as well as that of others. B-VCA is intended for employees, if you are a contractor or a temporary employment agency (in Dutch: uitzendbureau) you need a VCA-VOL certificate.

CLASSROOM BASIC VCA OR VOL-VCA COURSE + EXAM IN ENGLISH

VCANederland offers one-day classroom Basic VCA and VOL-VCA courses conducted entirely in English. The one-day courses start at 8:30 AM and end at 5:00 PM. Immediately after the course, the VCA exam takes place. This exam is offered in English but is also available in other languages such as German, French, Hungarian, Italian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Spanish, and Turkish.

ONLINE VCA BASIC COURSE + EXAM IN ENGLISH

You also have the option to take the VCA Basic or VOL-VCA course online in English, with our e-learning in English. After completing this online course, you can take the VCA exam in English.

VCA COURSE BOOK IN ENGLISH

To prepare optimally for the VCA Basic course in English and/or the VCA Basic exam, you can order the English-language Basic VCA or VOL-VCA course book. These course books are included in the course price. If you are only taking the exam, it is possible to order the English-language VCA course book separately (Basic VCA / VOL-VCA).

VCA SEPARATE EXAM IN ENGLISH

You can also register for the VCA exam only in English or other languages such as German, French, Hungarian, Italian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Spanish, and Turkish.

VCA INCOMPANY IN ENGLISH
